This is THE most unreliable internet I have ever had.
Absolute worst service ever. Slow internet (REALLY SLOW BTW!!!), TV is garbage is craps out constantly, customer service hold times are 20+ minutes no matter when you call and prices are through the roof! Can't wait till this shit hole of a company closes!
So freaking fed up with Windstream!!! I've had no internet for three weeks! A tech came out to "fix" it and all he did was replace the free modem I had with one I'm being charged for now. Still no connection. In fact, it's worse. Called Tuesday and was told someone would be here by Thursday. No show. So called back and was told they'd be here today. Again no show. Call them and have to wait 45 minutes to even talk to someone, and get hung up on. Call back. Wait again. Ask for supervisor and get hung up on again!!!! The worst... read more
Wish I could rate them a minus 5. Have been waiting on a technician to show up at my house since June 19th. Lose internet eveyday and phone line has so much static you can even use it. Been going on for the better part of at least a year. I've contacted service techs, online techs, customer care, customer support you name it I have talked to them. Just want my service fixed. Slow goes out, takes forever for them to answer the phone. Internet is garbage!!!! Making a change as of Monday I'm done pissing my money down their drain!!
Poorest customer service. Cancelled appt that was set up for 10 days after we had waited for 6 hours. Avoid this company!!
The worst company ever. Why would some company buy y'all out!!! I would take AT&T over y'all at this point! I have been on hold with your customer service for an hour!!
