This has to be the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The service goes out several times a day...SEVERAL TIMES A DAY I said. When I call I have to wait 15 mins to talk to anyone and it's as if I have never called before. They don't reference previous calls, I have to tell the same story over and over again. Did I mention I hate the service?
Never had many problems but you said you would be here today to fix the wire out neighbor accidentally ran over since you hadn't buried it. Didn't tell us you rescheduled til Friday. Some people rely on the Internet for work and/or school.
Windstream...you suck! So many phone calls. So much time on hold. No help!

Well, its 90 degrees outside and I don't have an air conditioner. Was told by Windstream that they would be here between 9am-7pm. Then last night I get a call and was told they would be here between 1:15-4:15. Then this morning I get a message that they will be here between 9:15am-1:15 pm. Well it is now 3:05 pm and nobody has been here. What irritates me is that they expect me to sit at home all day long in this terrible heat on my only day off. Been dealing with an outage after having been over billed. Account holder was talked to as if a child by tech support and everything promised hasn't been done. This is the worst company we've ever had to deal with. Constant outages and consistently bad tech support never actually helping. If I had a choice of Internet companies I'd drop Windstream in a heart beat. Over paying for terrible service. If anyone has a choice please do yourself a favor and do not get windstream. They will rip you off and disrespect you over the ph... read more
This service is terrible as far as getting them out to fix it. My service has been out since Tuesday and the earliest for repair is next Tuesday! I'm a student taking my last course online. I spent over 3 hours on hold just to get a person on the phone. For the amount they charge for Internet, they should be able to get it repaired before a week has passed! Time to switch service!!!!
I have now been on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes... this is ridiculous!!! Just wanted to find out why my Internet is down... apparently it's because no one is working!
