I have been complaining for 3 years and it just gets worde5.
Not happy!!! Way too many issues. Been on hold for over two hours and still haven't been able to talk to a real person. Had a tec here two day ago, but still isn't working right!!! Spent the last three days on the phone trying to get the issue fixed or a tec back out here. No luck yet!!! Why am I paying for wifi that my family isn't able to use???
I can't get internet, and I can't get anyone on the phone. Horrific!!!!!
Worst service, slow internet, horrific customer service!
They should take off some money off our bill as many times as it goes out. Nearly everyday there is an outage. This is ridiculous.

Do you all even care you are rated 1 customer service is BAD and every time it sprinkles my internet goes out. Service guy says mats are flooded....so fix it so that don't happen! My phones him all the time I ask what do I need to do on my end to fix this... Sir it not on your end it ours.....ok fix it!!
Always on hold forever. Hard to get to talk to a human. When I do talk to a human, most of them have NO idea what they're talking about and then put me on hold forever to connect me to someone that does. I am stuck with them.
The worst service I've ever had !!! Have only 1 tv running and streaming a movie and it stops and freezes 3-4 times a minute and there solution... Is to upgrade and pay more money!?.... When the plan I have no should be good for everything we use ! Terrible! And when we called to have someone check it out had a set date and they were a no show ! And the messed up part about it is that there service building is right up the street from us!!! Changing company's for sure wind stream sucks!!!
