Worst customer service ever. Hard to get a hold of humans through pesky robots...
My bill is supposed to be 39.99 and they get it up to over 80.00 for just 12 megs! Lousy customer service! Their auto phone system sucks!
How do you contact customer service?? I am trying to report a phone outage for my MIL and can not get help from anyone/anywhere!!!!!
Service is down when it rains or clouds up can't talk to anyone on phone can't stream netflix or wifi on phone or computer and the money we pay for this isn't right shoot when I lived in Texas and only had dialup I got faster Internet than I do now this is getting rediculious
I will continue to submit complaints to Public Utilities Commission. Horrible service. My internet went out yesterday afternoon was told they would have it resolved by July 11this was long before we had bad weather here but I am sure they will blame it on the weather.
Don't even have service here half the time. Seems every time you want to be on line you can't. Really getting old paying 100.00 plus a month for nothing
Awful, we have had to replace multiple computers, printers, monitors, TV, gaming systems, pretty much anything connected to wifi box due to lightning hitting through phone line. Windstream takes no responsibility for any damage their box causes. They takes months to come out and fix any problems. And know they can get away with it bc they are the only provider in our small area. The day any other company opens in my area I'll switch. Appalling
Slooooooooooooooow Internet. Windstream website is the only site I have a lot of trouble connecting to to pay my bill! I've tried connecting to their site 4 times now as I'm writing this and it still hasn't connected. Wish we had another provider in my area. I would drop them in a heartbeat.
If I could give a 0 I would. The only reason we have windstream is because it's the only provider we get at our house. It is absolutely horrible service! I have tried to call numerous times and the recording actually hands up on me when it says it's going to transfer my call. We went almost 2 weeks last month waiting on our internet to get fixed and yes it did finally to an extent. It has not worked 100% still and now it's back out. This company HAS to make changes with it's customer service department before they loose what... read more
