Here we go again! Trying to watch a show on Netflix and it is going to take 2 hrs to watch a forty minute TV show. This is so ridiculous! I don't understand how the bill can continue to go up and the quality continues to get worse. When I called they said it was a latency issue. Too many people using the same lines or something. If they know why it doesn't work correctly why do they continue adding people to something that already can't handle the load.
I was a windstream customer for years and never paid a bill late. I moved a month ago and they wanted me to wait 5 days to transfer my service because they were too busy to get to me so I waited and then the tech they sent to do the transfer didn't bother to come to my house he sent me a text message early in the am after I had left detailed instructions that I work nights and they must knock hard at the driveway door or come in the afternoon. They absolutely do not communicate when setting up service. They will not show up or call and then they will say they can't complete service in one day.....worst service ever
I am disappointed in Windstream. I got the package for security, backup and McAfee. I get on for technical support and then I find out I am talking to someone in India. Why? We need them here so they know what we are needing. The one I was talking to when finished asked if this takes care of everything now. She said yes everything is ready to go. I find out today that is not so. I have to try to do it all myself now and I don't know how.
Service continually drops out, I'm tired of paying for a service that I'm not getting. Windstream is a joke. Don't waste your time or money.
I left them before because they keep double dipping my bank account and they just did it again and want to credit my next month bill. That would be okay but I still need money for food and gas for now.
Worst company for service. Need a tech to come out and fix? They need a 12 hour window to come. They expect you to take a day off work and sut at your home for 12 hours because they can't manage their techs. If they actually had a decent system that wasn't down half the time, they wouldn't have this problem. Not to mention they have the highest cost for their service.
Terrible customer service... terrible techs... internet has been out for 7 days now. No end in sight.
We had an outage on Monday due to storms. It was a holiday, but I was able to speak to someone knowledgeable in customer service that assisted us promptly. They assured me it was a outage and was being worked on. Our service was back up within a hour. Thank you to all your employees that were there for us on our day off.
