They offer horrible customer service and the service is poor quality!!! Only thing reliable is the bill no matter what they expect you to pay for 24/7 service but they NEVER PROVIDE 24/7 service!!!
I love how my Internet will work good for two or three days and then when he quits for two or three days and I call for technical assistance they find every reason in the world to make it my fault that the Internet isn't downloading or uploading at speed and then a day or two later it's back to normal again with no change I find Windstream I'll bunch of mean money sucking bureaucrats
Worse service provider. Unfortunately they have monopolized the service area and we can not get another provider for phone/internet.
Windstream is so slow. We are getting taken advantage of. Paying for high quality Internet and it's just as bad as dial up service. Wish there were an attorney that would file a class action suit for us. I think we are getting gouged
Worst internet I have EVER dealt with... They can't fix anything
You guys are thee worst Internet provider ever ur service sucks ur bills are outrageous and your technical support does nothing.....and why is it every single time it rains I have to turn on my data to get Internet because yours turns off every 5 minutes because of a few sprinkles and then my landlines goes out because of those sprinkles and why when I call for help no one seems to know anything about nothing of the service I'm paying for? I gladly will keep paying u if and only of u manage to fix the technical difficulties ... read more
I'd give a lower rating if I could. It constantly goes out when it does work it's still trash.
