Worst Internet provider in world history I do believe! They do not value their customers!
After waiting 6 days for a tech, we had internet for almost 24 hours. Now we get to start the whole nightmare over again. Guess I'll go join the library so I can catch up on work.
You stay on hold for hours so far 1hr 32min should switch or possibly going to....... I pay my bill and then they disconnect me don't do business with these people if you want the run around
Very poor when will you do something about this crappy internet so tired of it crashing and waiting to load. Does anyone give a shit or are you just in this for the money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely horrible service. Have had Windstream for 10 years, and it has never gotten better. New lines have never been laid, constant excuses as to why our area hasn't been upgraded, and pay $63 a month to rarely pull a 1. It takes well over 2 hrs to stream a 45 min show. With no other options, we are simply stuck with a company I feel cheats us, constantly lies to us, and steals from us since they can not provide the services they charge for. I would never recommend them if their is another option available.
For what I pay each month for Internet alone I should not be told Monday someone will be out and nothing else can be done! Going to find different service even if I have to pay triple! Windstream is the WORST!
I have had Windstream for years. A few years ago they upgraded within a 15 mile radius of my home, but they left a hole about a mile wide where I live. Now 2 new neighbors can't even get phone service, much less Internet because they would have to build a new tower? In an area less than 3 miles from an expanding petrochemical plant we evidently don't create enough income for them to upgrade us! Wonder if the people getting ready to build know they won't get service for "probably 5 years or more"!?!?
I might as well have no Internet. They oversell their network cause they have a monopoly and can. High Springs, FL is off the grid thanks to these scam artists.
