Windstream's Internet service is horrible. It either runs so slow I can't load any pages or it is down. When I call I can never get a reason why it isn't working nor can i get an estimated time for repairs. The last time I complained about my internet not working they could not get a service person to my home for 3 weeks. I would change my service in a heartbeat but since I live in the middle of nowhere I have no other choices. Your service sucks. My connection has been down for days now. I've had to call customer service at least once a week for months now. I'm allowed to work from home a few days a week but can't because YOUR SERVICE SUCKS. By the way, this account has been active for 29 years. It won't make it to 30 years if I can find a replacement.
Windstream has monopolized the Internet in commerce ga. There are no other choices that we have. They dictate the price and service. Out of a month, I guess we have a full week that it is down and don't work. Calling them is a waste of time. You get 3 weeks out of a month of usage but you better bet they will get the whole month fee. Does anyone know of another service that also has WiFi that a person can choose. This is just sorry. This is just large business taking advantage of the working class people. Unreal!!!!!
This is the WORST internet service on the planet .... It never works and for the price I'm paying a month for this so called " high speed internet" it's a joke... Their high speed is worse than any dial up I've ever used!! We only use Windstream for Internet service and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone would needs Internet... And when I call I get the same response as always... There's nothing that can be done to speed it up... We don't even get the speed we are paying for and we're still paying the same price....
