Had service for 15 years and my bill is a month behind and has been disconnected! !!! Never has this happened before and I'm not on a $29 a month plan .I pay $85 !!!!! Congrats guys your doing great for business, ,,,, NOT! !! Be under bankruptcy before to long smh
Had Windstream for 18 years.Besides sitting on the phone waiting for Customer Service FOR EVER! I received a bill afterwards for God knows what?! I paid my Bill in full last month! This is crappy service! I do NOT recommend them to anyone!
Time for the FCC, all state consumer protection agencies, attorneys general offices, and all customers get together and file a class action lawsuit against these assholes. They have the rural community markets and just don't give a rats ass about their customer base. Until we all get together and do something about it, it will never change.
Customer service sucks and you don't get the speeds you pay for and that's if it works at all This is my last week with Windstream and I couldn't be happier
So what is their excuse in the Hemphill, TX area this time. Danged service is down more than it is up especially in the past 6 months when they began a so called system rebuild/upgrade. What a slipshod company!
I have waited on their service to be hooked up for 2 weeks. I have had 3 different appointments to set up service, never have I received "the day before" courtesy call to give me a 4 hour window. I have waited at my house all day.... during the "11 hour" window for what???? Nothing, nobody called... nobody showed up.... N O T H I N G...!! What a joke..!!!!
Very bad customer service :( called twice for tech support each time over 45 min. wait, never got through :(
Business customer with multiple Internet and phone lines ordered over three weeks ago not installed as agreed. Multiple calls to no avail. Poorest excuse of customer service (lack of) I have seen ever!
I do not get the speeds that I pay for and the router that they provide are shitty
