Windstream isn't an Internet service they just want you to think they are to me and lots of people here think that they are a intercrap service and we all agree to that 100%
I have been a customer for 30 years. I have not had many issues till now. I have not had the internet for 4 weeks now and have without a phone. The people on the phone are very understanding and are trying very hard to get some to fix my problems. It's the service guys who seem to be the problem. They come when I am leaving, hours late and when I have to go to work. Or they don't show at all.I have had tickets closed without any service. It it's not fixed by tomorrow, I am going somewere else!
This is horrible we have been with out internet since Friday the 10th of june they told us July 6th and entire month to get internet! My husband works from home will they be paying his lost wages? Windstream sucks!!!
One of the worst customer service ever. Stupid peole rude ill mannered and more ignorant than a rovk. Where did u dig these idiots up from. We need more service providers in Bolivar other windstream. Awful awful service. Hate them. Wish century link was this way. They were great
Windstream, the sooner called always busy upgrading Internet so we don't have it but 2 days a month, you truly should be ashamed of the piss poor operation of a so called business that we pay high price to just say we have :( would not recommend !
I want everyone to know if u live out here around the sam rayburn lake and have windstream as ur dsl provider and you have slow internet speeds don't hookup any of ur TV box to the Internet as some of them r using ur dsl to download r watch movie's which slows the speed down.
If I had another option for an Internet provider I'd switch in a heart beat. Only thing reliable is the bill.... speeds so slow I can't even do online school homework let alone stream anything. Customer service doesn't help at all..
I placed an order on May 31st to reconnect internet service after I moved, we've waited longer than the 5 day window they gave us so I called today and was told it will be JULY 11th before they can come out! Seriously? WINDSTREAM you SUCK! Therefore since my cell signal booster is fed through the Internet... No cell phone coverage either!! #NotAHappyCamper
