Windstream has sunk to an all time low when a Windstream employee will stand in your face tell a lie and you show them proof they are lying and still tell the same lie frown emoticon Windstream use to be a class act now they just plain suck!!!
I have been told for 5 weeks that somebody is going to come out to my area and put some more pics in the Box but nobody has been out here I have been lied to numerous amounts of time I just wish I could get some help from you guys I have called for 27 straight days and all I keep hearing is the same thing over and over that you guys will have some engineer come out to the area and see what the problem is I just need some Internet and home phone service for my kids
I can't put zero stars. Really this company deserves zero. Worst internet company.
Can not stop Jamaican calls. Can only block 12 numbers, and I must have received 30 different call numbers from Jamaican rip off artist trying to steal my widowed mothers social security. We are on the Do not call list. WE do not want any calls from Jamaica. We do not want ANY international calls. If they do not stop soon, we will end our service. THAT will stop them.
2nd time this week with no service! I was hoping for better service.
I've had Windstream for a few years now, but only because they are the only internet provider in my area, and the service is terrible and over priced, my internet goes out and runs slow on a regular basis and the customer service is awful, long wait times, at this rate I'll switch providers as soon as it's a possibility
Pay 100 a month for Internet that drops every hour. Try calling and wait atleast a half hour then they transfer me wait another half hour then they tell me they'll put a service call but then I never get a call back...
The cost will make you think you're getting Google Fiber, and the upload/download speeds will make you think you've gone back to the 20th century. Truly an awful ISP for a hilariously depressing price.
Construction crews working to move utilities in preparation for major highway project. They hit my phone line. Phone and Internet down. I work from home. Representative tells me a date 48+ hours away. Horrible customer service.
