Gary will be with you every step of the way. Despite saying he does not like early mornings, he is responsive nonetheless, whenever you need him. His knowledge of the industry and the Portland/Vancouver area made selling my home extremely stress free. Bob was really great throughout the process of purchasing my first home. He clearly laid out the process of how everything was going to work before I even got started with the process of looking and went above and beyond in his interactions with the seller. He was able to smoothly negotiate a fair price for the property as well as getting the closing costs covered. Bob was great he knew the neighborhoods. He listen to what we said. He helped us negotiate and get the home of our dreams. He had a great understanding of homes and how they work. Lauren is awesome. I recently relocated from out of town and she took the time to educate me on the area, making sure I was going to be in the right place for me. She was super patient (I can be incredibly difficult), awesomely responsive, and ultimately the perfect realtor for me. She never got frustrated when I changed my mind again... and again. She made me feel like I was her only client when it mattered, which was incredibly important to me.
