Lauren was helpful, patient, knowledgeable and encouraging throughout a frustrating process of looking for a house in an overly competitive market (and after much time spent, still not finding the right fit). After a 2 year break she was more than happy to represent us again and this time, we found the right house and the process went very smoothly. Sellers even paid closing costs! She is always flexible, easy to get along with and never pushy. All in all, it was a great first time home buying experience.
Lauren is so great. She is very knowledgeable about all of the different neighborhoods in the Portland area. She gave me great advice when it came time to put an offer on a home, and kept me up to date every step along the way. She is reliable, friendly, and made me feel so comfortable during the whole process. And in the end, she helped me find the perfect house :)

Bob was really great throughout the process of purchasing my first home. He clearly laid out the process of how everything was going to work before I even got started with the process of looking and went above and beyond in his interactions with the seller. He was able to smoothly negotiate a fair price for the property as well as getting the closing costs covered.
