Lauren was really great to work with and she understood my needs better then I did which was so helpful! After making multiple offers on different homes throughout the year, Lauren stuck with me and helped me find my first home. Just wow! Took 40 days to close on our first house because Lauren was so punctual with the paperwork and processing. She was a fantastic negotiator and got us everything we asked for in the repair addendum after several rounds of negotiation. She knew the north Portland market well. She was always available for a quick consult when needed and she continues to check on us to see how we're settling in. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience working with Bob. He went far beyond the call of duty for a typical agent and was always extremely quick to respond, even when out of town. Lauren was helpful, patient, knowledgeable and encouraging throughout a frustrating process of looking for a house in an overly competitive market (and after much time spent, still not finding the right fit). After a 2 year break she was more than happy to represent us again and this time, we found the right house and the process went very smoothly. Sellers even paid closing costs! She is always flexible, easy to get along with and never pushy. All in all, it was a great first time home buying experience.

Lauren is so great. She is very knowledgeable about all of the different neighborhoods in the Portland area. She gave me great advice when it came time to put an offer on a home, and kept me up to date every step along the way. We've dealt with quite few agents over the years, but Lauren is exponentially better than any we've ever dealt with. Honest, fun, persistent, thorough, dependable, punctual, knowledgeable and down to earth are just a few of the words that come to mind.
