Just wow! Took 40 days to close on our first house because Lauren was so punctual with the paperwork and processing. She was a fantastic negotiator and got us everything we asked for in the repair addendum after several rounds of negotiation. She knew the north Portland market well. She was always available for a quick consult when needed and she continues to check on us to see how we're settling in. Highly recommend.
