Bob was great he knew the neighborhoods. He listen to what we said. He helped us negotiate and get the home of our dreams. He had a great understanding of homes and how they work. The home buying process seemed very complicated at first but Bob made it simple and stress free. We wil use him when we move.
Lauren is awesome. I recently relocated from out of town and she took the time to educate me on the area, making sure I was going to be in the right place for me. She was super patient (I can be incredibly difficult), awesomely responsive, and ultimately the perfect realtor for me. She never got frustrated when I changed my mind again... and again. She made me feel like I was her only client when it mattered, which was incredibly important to me.
5 stars all around... very pleasant experience selling my Portland home with Lauren!!! We priced it right, and received an offer almost immediately. Lauren was very helpful throughout the entire process.
Working with Bob was a great experience. He showed us properties all around the Portland metro. He let us know his opinions without being pushy and I never felt pressed to look at houses out of our price range. It was easy to get in touch with him and have questions answered quickly. If you're looking to buy, definitely go with Bob!

Bob is passionate about every aspect of real estate - from the architectural detail of each home, to the maintenance, to potential resale value. More importantly, he cares about the clients' specific needs. He has helped me on three different transactions - not all easy ones - and he was patient, kind, and respectful all the way through the process. Highly recommended!
Buying a home is an emotionally charged experience. Especially if you haven't a clue as to what you are doing. Working with Bob was nothing short of amazing! I appreciated him, and his commitment to me and his easy breezy way of dealing with my many freak outs, and inability to be patient. I also liked his quick responses to my phone and text messages. Bob's integrity, and commitment to me makes him a 5 star Realtor. I would highly recommend Bob.
Lauren was great to work with! This was an unnecessarily protracted transaction (due to the sellers' agent's lack of professionalism) and Lauren was very patient throughout. She was very responsive and I'll definitely recommend her to friends and family!
As a first time home buyer I had MANY questions and concerns. Jennifer was patient and extremely helpful throughout the process! She was prompt to answer e-mails, texts, and phone calls. Loved using Docusign for paperwork and her negotiation skills are top notch!! I have referred her to my sister to sell her house and if I ever (hopefully not soon) sell my home, she'll be the only realtor I choose!!
