Lauren did a wonderful job of selling our home and helping find us a new one. She was professional, very easy to communicate with and always made us feel like we were her only client, while I know she had other sales that kept her active. Bob was recruited to help me out while my original agent was out of town. As luck would have it, I found a home I wanted. He stepped in and hit the ground running. Lauren goes the extra mile, and she's always one step ahead. She was willing to reduce her commission to help with the negotiation of the sale. Lauren also took care of getting quotes for all of my repairs, and purchased a home warranty for my new place. She has lots of energy and a determination to see her clients get the best deal.
