Gary made an excellent presentation of this house to the market last fall and got an immediate sale; that sale failed when inspection disclosed foundation problems which lead to an engineering report requiring foundation replacement before the house could support a buyer's mortgage. Gary got the house under contract to another buyer, but as the difficulties increased that sale also failed.
