Lauren did an excellent job of helping me purchase my home in the Gateway region. We looked at a lot of houses and she helped me fairly aggressive in my search.
Bob did a fantastic service for me when I was trying to upgrade to a larger home. He knew how important it was for me to be in the heart of the Irvington neighborhood to be close to my kids and my church. He helped me find a wonderful home, but then it got interesting. He also helped me sell my previous home, and that went very well, but then the purchase negotiation fell apart. I was quite literally, 30 days from being homeless! I was terrified and worried that I had made a huge mistake. Bob listened and made me confident t... read more
I have very high expectations for the professionals that I hire, and I ask a lot of questions. Let me tell you, Lauren Sheehan is a dream. I considered quite a few agents, even parted ways with one. And I am thankful I listened to my gut in choosing Lauren to help us buy our first home. After working with her for just a couple weeks, I quickly realized I could completely trust her with every aspect of buying a home - what a relief! She was even early to every appointment. And walking through a house with Lauren is extra ... read more
We really consider ourselves (my wife and I) fortunate to have had Lauren been recommended to us for an agent in buying our first home. Lauren is the complete package - knowledgeable, personable, professional, and has great follow through. As a bonus, she lives in the area (Milwaukie) that we wanted to buy in. I absolutely recommend using Lauren for your real estate needs.
Jennifer was amazing, she helped us every step of the way and was constantly reassuring and helped us keep our panic in check. She wen t above and beyoned to help us understand the process. We even closed early! Who does that!?!
Jennifer is an outstanding buyer's agent and was prompt in getting the deal to closing. Also after closing, she assisted me in many ways from local knowledge of contractors to keeping an eye on the property until we moved in! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new house!
Lauren was extremely helpful and patient as we searched for the perfect home. We started our search in SE Portland then expanded our search throughout Washington County and Lauren was there with us each step of the way. She was very knowledgeable, timely and professional and I would HIGHLY recommend her as an agent to anyone.

This is the second home I have purchased and sold one with Lauren and continues to exemplify excellence in every facet. Lauren is very professional and was able to make the home buying experience smooth. She was able to help me get all the necessary contractors in for inspections and handled things beyond I would have ever expected from a agent. Thank you Lauren for all your help and I will defiantly continue to recommend.
