Bob recently helped me and my husband purchase our first home. As first-time home buyers we were learning every step of the way and Bob was helpful, responsive and patient. The house is a fixer-upper and he was skilled at identifying what would need to be fixed, refinished and addressed. He understood what we were looking for and respected our budget.
