Lauren was very professional and easy to work with. She was very quick and responsive to all of our needs. We found a property that we wanted to close on as soon as possible. This property was an old, but desirable Portland property with much needed TLC. We needed to make sure we negotiated all of the immediate major costs without losing the sellers interest as having us as a buyer. Lauren is a highly knowledgable, strong real estate agent. She put this first time buyer (me!) at ease with her experience and advice.
