This guy needs 6 stars. This guy is a superman, he literally saved a bird from a tree. We tried, but had to run off to another appointment, he did it! He got it down. Erika was extremely nice to work with. She went above and beyond in getting repairs scheduled and done in order to get the house ready to go on the market. She kept me informed every step of the way. Any time I had a question or an issue, she responded right away unless she was in a meeting or with another client, but even then she would get back to me the same day. If she didn't know the answer to my question, she always found out for me. I would highly recommend her as a realtor to either buy or sell a house.
Lauren is very knowledgable about the real estate market. She is honest and realistic about the property's features and values. Lauren is very personable and always made herself available to contact with any questions or concerns. She worked hard to get the best offers possible for our house. When the buyer of our house did not have a realtor, Lauren gave them another realtor's name rather than taking their business and working both sides of the deal. We would definitely hire Lauren again to buy or sell a house!
Working with Lauren was a DREAM! She worked with us for over a year and a half to find the perfect home in a tough housing market!
