Susan helped us on a home sale and purchase. As such, we saw her on both sides of real estate transactions. She is a highly skilled communicator and negotiator. She demonstrated agility and help assess the strengths and weaknesses of strategy options and decisions. Further she is proved savvy in navigating the transactions working well with lenders and title companies. Her integrity was clearly present through the whole process. Oh yea, she is just a gosh darned pleasant person too.
