Mr. Maxson is very knowledgeable about the Greater Portland area, he was very quick at getting us in to see the houses we were looking at, fast at contacting the other agent and getting things quickly in order when we found the home we wanted ! Brent Worked quickly and efficiently from pre approval- closing . Brent is a family man himself and understands the importance of a finding a home that fits your family's needs . We have and will continue to use Brent as our realtor for all our property purchases!

Brent is extremely loyal and faithful to the real estate transaction! His history and knowledge of the Portland market is fantastic! He is calm and you always know you have someone on your side! We had a problem when we moved into our new house - the refrigerator was broken (and it was part of the sale)!! The sellers just walked away without doing anything to fix it. I have used Brent Maxson as my realtor for a number of years. Brent helped me with the sale of my farm in 1997 and my Gresham home in 2000. He also sold my Portland office, a commercial building in November of 2014. Even though I have moved out of his primary business area. I have been able to call on Brent many times for advice. Recommended. Knows the markets. Personable. Showed us many interesting properties. Recommended that we wait until the market changes a bit and we took her advice. We will contact her again when the market has changed.
