I have used Brent Maxson as my realtor for a number of years. Brent helped me with the sale of my farm in 1997 and my Gresham home in 2000. He also sold my Portland office, a commercial building in November of 2014. Even though I have moved out of his primary business area. I have been able to call on Brent many times for advice. Marcus is personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Looking for property can be stressful, especially in a tight market, but Marcus makes the process easy. I feel confident he understands and has my best interests in mind. He is consistently punctual and eager to help. I thoroughly recommend him.

Brent is extremely easy to work with and has an uncanny ability to visualize the needs of his clients, and most importantly deliver superior results. Recommended. Knows the markets. Personable. Showed us many interesting properties. Recommended that we wait until the market changes a bit and we took her advice. We will contact her again when the market has changed.

Brent was able to find a buyer for our families property in a short period of time and was able to close the deal quickly as well. The sold property was a home plus land and Brent was knowledgeable in that type of transaction.

Brent has acted as my realtor and has bought or sold four houses for me. He has also been my main advisor for four other property sales. In all cases Brent has has done a fantastic job representing my interests in all transactions. I wouldn't think of selling or buying a house without getting advice from Brent.
