I had such a good experience with Tiffiny. She helped me with first time home buyer resources and was really knowledgeable about the neighborhoods. I grew up in Portland, but she knew things that I didn't and it really helped me figure out where I wanted to be. The only reason I didn't buy a house with her is because some personal things caused me to have to wait on buying my first place. When we're ready, we will be working with her again!

Brent handled our purchase of a 31 unit apartment building in Gresham. Throughout the process Brent showed his knowledge of an extremetly complex transaction process. He was calm and cooperative with both parties and worked hard to see that every issue was resolved fairly and with minimum stress or drama. Jennifer is very knowledgeable about the Portland Real Estate market and found us the perfect house. Brent helped me to find and buy a commercial building when they were scarce. He helped every step of the way. With the negotiations, the closing process and even cleaning the mess the owner left. He was very helpful explaining the process. He looked continually for buildings' in the part of Portland we were interested in until he found one that we were excited about. Brent is extremely loyal and faithful to the real estate transaction! His history and knowledge of the Portland market is fantastic! He is calm and you always know you have someone on your side! We had a problem when we moved into our new house - the refrigerator was broken (and it was part of the sale)!! The sellers just walked away without doing anything to fix it.
