Absolutely terrible company. Back in August we ordered a ***** bed frame + headboard, and we timed it so that it would arrive at our new apartment about a week after we moved in. My husband even called and they reassured us that the ship time was correct, and it would arrive the first week of October. The bed ended up shipping a full month early before we had moved, and the concierge had to refuse the delivery at our request. ordered a dresser from them that had a several month wait time. When they were finally able to schedule to delivery, they "broke" it on the way to me and didnt even call to notify me. i had to call them to find out what was going on. I then replaced that order with a different dresser that was available sooner. They did not contact me or schedule the delivery in the delivery time they gave me, so after several calls where they would provide me with no information, I decided to cancel the order. they issued the refund, but on... read more

Ordered a crib and conversion sets several months ago, anticipating the shipping issues from the pandemic. Was sent an email one week ago regarding issues with payment (my card used in August had been stolen) I talked with customer service and a new source of payment was put on file. I was told the crib would be delivered the following week. This morning I received an email at 2:30am saying that my payment could not be processed and my order was canceled. Buyers beware. I bought a leather mid century bed in 2016. Early this year as i went to bed i heard a noise. I could not find what was causing it. A few weeks later I heard it again. i notice the side railing was hanging low. took the mattress out and found that a few screws had snap in the middle.I called west elm and they told me to call furniture medic. WEST ELM. Stay away, the looks of the store does not match the service. Our couch arrived very late, this was somewhat expected as shipping across the board is delayed. BUT, no screws came with the couch and the delivery guys (3rd party) couldn't do anything. Spent over an hour and a half on the phone to get simple cheap screws ordered (other companies can do this in a couple minutes or online). STOP F*%KING EMAILING ME Clearly purchasing peoples emails and information illegally. Never bought from this company before and will never in the future. Leave me alone, I have unsubscribed multiple times in a row. Day after day with no luck. I will consider legal action.

**************** is a JOKE. Got hung up on 3 separate times after waiting 20 mins each time. Had many conversations via email to end with nothing being resolved. Save your money. Or at least shop with a company who cares about customer satisfaction. ********************** is not that place.

I ordered two custom chairs in April, 2021 from Pottery Barn with initial delivery dates end of July. I received notification of delayed delivery three times. One chair was delivered with the second chair being scheduled for the following week. The second chair was supposed delivered on Friday of this last week. On Thursday we received a call to reschedule delivery but then on Friday the entire chair was cancelled and we were told it was lost and we would have to order another one for delivery in January of 2022. Purchased a serving bowl for $75. (shipping $11.99, tax $6.31) Total paid $93.30. Returned the bowl and got $68.43 back. What did the $24.87 pay for? Its more than twice shipping and shouldnt they return the sales tax if they didnt sell anything? And why wasnt the return cost spelled out clearly? Before or after the return? I had to find out from paypal about the refund. Why no transparency from the company?
