Pottery barn customer service is non existent. Never received my throw blanket even though it was in my same city. How crazy is that that they couldnt get it 10 minutes up the road. They use a third party delivery called lonstar shipping (LSO) which is the worst!!! Called customer service and they have no clue where my **** overpriced blanket is. Says it was delivered. West Elm has the WORST customer service. I ordered a sofa a month ago and didnt receive the delivery. After multiple calls to the customer service team i was condescendingly told that the sofa was out of stock and that I shouldnt be upset as i had "Paid a good price" for it. Not only is the customer service terrible but for a furniture company to not have a grip on logistics and take orders for something that is out of stock is downright unethical. I will never shop with them again

Pottery Barn customer service is by far the worst service we have ever experienced purchasing furniture. The lack of communication between delivery service and store, and the lack of communication to consumer and the store was horrible. I was very surprised being the furniture and products are very expensive and way overpriced. I purchased the furniture in store and requested to pick up the furniture to wave the delivery charge, to only find out, even when purchasing in person and having it shipped to store for pick up, the ... read more

Will charged you card before items are shipped. Not send email about it and then you will miss a payment and your credit will be destroyed. They will do nothing about it

I placed a $4,403 order in February 2021 that has not yet been delivered. I've spent countless hours on the phone with customer service and am always transferred to the "delivery center" which is Ryder Trucking. My items are not there! No one can tell me where they are, and no one has offered a refund. Still no resolution after countless emails.

This was my first order and most likely my last. I ordered my product on 8/22 with an estimated delivery date of 8/26 or 8/27. It shipped on 8/26 with an estimated delivery date of 8/27. Since then, its been an incremental daily counter; it went to 8/28, 8/29, 8/30, 8/31 & now 9/1.Two attempts at contacting customer service have yielded no response. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering.

I ordered 2 sets of brackets and 2 wooden shelves from West Elm on Aug 5th. The brackets arrived on time. The shelves, which cost $50 each, where supposed to arrive on Aug 11t. On Aug 11th saw that the updated expected delivery was Aug 18th. On the 18th the expected delivery changed to Aug 21st. On the 21st it changed to Aug 25th - 27th. At this time I communicated with customer service and they assured me that delivery was indeed expected within that time frame. I ordered a couch from Pottery Barn on April 22, ***************************************************************** late July, the company updated the estimated delivery date to the third week of September without giving a reason. After calling various times, I was finally able to learn that the company sent my order in three pieces from ************** to their Cranberry hub in ******, **. All three pieces were shipped in early August but only two arrived in ******, ** in short order. The third piece took two weeks to arrive.... read more

I am appalled that the BBB is giving this company this high rating with close to 800 complaints in 12 months and little to no resolution.For me, same issues different day. From the website that had deceptive timelines to the constant fake information by customer service. Based on my experience with this company Id avoid it at all costs!
