I wish I would have taken these reviews to heart. The customer service at ******************** is the worst customer I have experienced given the price of their products. They do not care in the least about the satisfaction of their customers. I will never order from them again, and I will be as vocal as possible to everyone I know so as to prevent as many purchases as possible from this vendor. Terrible experience. Ordered a dream swivel chair and expected delivery was 2-4 weeks. Once purchase was complete they give an estimated delivery date of 5 months into the future. I attempted to cancel order immediately but they dont not allow. They have had a $1200 hold on my credit card since then. I will not be shopping with them again, they are refusing a return until it gets to my distribution center so they can claim there restocking fee. I ordered a coffee pot and within 48 hours, a piece of cheap plastic broke. I called customer service, was passed back and forth between departments, hung up on by a supervisor, spoken over while trying to express my issue, and after 5 different people and 3 phone calls, I received an acceptable resolution. I am unable to proceed without having to at least post one star. Unfortunately, if I could, I would rate my experience with no stars. I ordered a live fig tree through Williams-Sonoma. The tree was advertised as "only available at Williams-Sonoma" and "from an exclusive orchard. When the tree arrived, it was very unhealthy. Worst customer service ever. Purchased a $2500 bed and happily waited the six months for to arrive only to have one piece missing and no one helping to remedy the situation. The rest of the bed has been sitting at the delivery center for TWO MONTHS and after 2 hours on the phone with customer service (Who wouldn't listen to me!) they just decided to give my money back. I placed an order on oct 26 2021 and it said it would be here by November 1 anyway I didnt receive anything so I check it and it says my whole order was canceled!!! I placed an order for a couch in July and given a delivery date for beginning of November. I was ok with that because it was being custom made. When I called the 800 number to confirm, a recorded message said I will receive a call Nov 5th for delivery. I called back the 800 number because I wanted to confirm with an actual person. Worst experience ever and the products were damaged. Of course, they do not let actual consumers leave reviews on their website. I placed my order for three ornaments on Sept 13. Pottery Barn authorize my payment on September 13, which presumably was because the items were in stock and ready to ship. Had to buy from this store because of a wedding registry. Paid $400 for a toaster oven and 9 days later it was 20% off. Called customer service to see if I could get a refund or store credit for the $80 and was told I would have to return and repurchase. Kind of hard to do on a wedding registry especially since it is out of state. Horrible customer service even though they advise price match guarantee. Will never patronize again. Be forewarned.
