Recently on Dec 2 2021, I made an online purchase as there was an additional 40% off discount from their clearance kids beach towels. After received order confirmation email and thought everything good to go. But a day later, Pottery Barn Kids sent an email said the following "your order cannot be fulfilled as ordered due to a pricing error and have been cancelled from your order". The website glitches and process your order multiple times on not returnable clearance items you stuck with... **************** is a nightmare and you can't explain the staff working for customer services, because they simply don't listen... I was sent three identical orders because of the website glitch and can't get my money back. I will never ever use this company in my life and will discourage anyone who will try to use this fraudulent company. Worst experience...

I ordered a cheese and charcuterie board with food on website. In RED bold letters it said to choose a delivery date and I paid for the astronomical shipping. I choose December 3rd, for my daughters party on the 4th. I never got the board. I called on the 4th to get a refund and cancel order. The advisor told me they processed it and I will get a refund in 3-5 business days. On Tuesday December 7th, I got an email saying my card was charged and and my order was shipped. Hi, After the experience I had buying Christmas stockings through West Elm, I will never shop at West Elm again, and I will actively discourage others from ordering from West Elm as well. I ordered 5 stockings on 11/18/21. I received 1 on 11/23. After a 20 minute call with customer service that day, the representative told me that they were sold out but that she found me 4 stockings and issued me a new order number. I ordered the Farmhouse King **** bed in July 2021 . The original delivery date was set for August. Initially, it was pushed back to September, which I completely understand given supply chain issues. I was contacted in early September and we set a delivery date for Sep 9. I received multiple email and text reminders of this appointment. The morning of the 9th it was showing as on-track to be delivered around 3 PM. Purchased a sofa from West Elm that was delivered 15 months ago. Due to COVID, I've never had two people sit on the couch until Thanksgiving 2021 when the rails on the couch broke. This couch should be able to withstand the weight of two average adults without breaking. Now it's too late for the any warranty claim. The quality of their furniture is plain awful. Buyer Beware!

I ordered the Montauk dining table. Williams Sonoma advertised delivery between November 26 and December 10 when placing the order. I called to verify the date after several days and was told the item is on backorder and *** (***) ship in April. I opted to cancel the order. I understand supply chain issues and could have lived with them provided an actual date. The order was canceled. Williams Sonoma then, without my authorization, placed another order on the same day for the same item. The $3,800 was debited from my account... read more

They dont pay employees on time! I have been trying to get a paycheck from thin since the 12th of November. It is now the 29th. I have called 4 times to get the checks sent to me. This is bad business practice I should of been paid on the first call I made weeks ago. I wouldnt tell anyone to work or shop here.
