Your shipping department actually hung up on me after I called the system a piece ** **** and I quote "I don't have to talk to you." All I did was call in to complain about how every other representative confirmed that my delivery was being made on a specific day only to find out that it wasn't even scheduled. I even have the emails to back it up.

Paid for a couch in June 2018 at Pottery Barn in Highland Village, Houston. We were told that delivery would be made in August. Which came by and no delivery. We are now in middle of September and after wasting countless hours on the phone - PB tells us that the next delivery window is in October. This is a SCAM - pocketing customer's $$s for months without product is an illegal way to finance a business - may be a PONZI scheme.

Would give them zero stars if I could... Placed an order with Pottery Barn Kids during their Mega Sale. Ordered several items that were listed as on 'Special' at a deep discount. When I placed my order, my total was shown as approx. $139. However, when I received my email shipping notification I was charged full price on everything to my credit card, much much more than originally authorized. I walked into a West Elm store and ordered two sofas. One was going to arrive in three weeks and the other will take a few weeks longer. However, the furniture delivery company won't deliver the first piece without the second. This is not what was promised by the associate. Called customer service, transferred five times to different groups, none with the authority to make changes.

West Elm has been terrible to work with for a bed delivery. The bed was ordered in July and I was told it would arrive in August. When I called to get an update on the delivery I spoke to 4 different people (after 20 minutes on hold each time I called) each had a different answer on when I can expect delivery. I still have not received the bed nor have I received an updated delivery date. No one from West Elm will ever call me back so I need to continue to call (and wait on hold) for someone who can tell me when the bed will... read more

West elm customer service is AWFUL! Ordered a couch from them in which they told us it would be delivered in 2 to 4 weeks. Waited 9 weeks until we finally got it. We decided to give them another chance and order another couch from them. Instead they shipped us the wrong product. When we spoke to the manager he laughed in our face. Very rude and disrespectful. Next time I'll buy from a different company. Buyers beware. Stay away. They just care about selling. Once they've sold you the product they don't care.

I purchased a nursing glider from Pottery Barn Kids online on May 28th, 2018. The product page said the linen I chose was set for 2-4 weeks delivery. The order status said expected delivery date is June 5-7. That didn't happen. I was very patient in the next couple of months but I started calling customer service in mid-July, asking about the status of my order, as the online portal did not update the June delivery dates AND I also didn't get any updates from customer service. Ok everyone, get ready to read the absolute nightmare that has been my attempt to buy the ******* beds (2 of them) from pottery barn. I needed these beds by 8/29 for a huge family reunion I am hosting. This has all been meticulously documented by me and is all true to the last detail. I bought a couch. It was 3 weeks delayed due to the Ship to Store system being a wreck. The couch was damaged when it finally got delivered. I have to "eat" the shipping cost. West Elm store passes the buck back to customer service in the meanwhile. Two failed attempts at making a pickup of the damaged couch (one of which had a 9-hour window)! Only to find out the company doesn't have my home address. To sum up, takes 3 extra weeks to arrive. Damaged. 3 weeks and it still hasn't been picked up. At this rate, I'll have made 2... read more
