I ordered a chair on November 19 to be delivered in January. On November 27 I got an email that the chair was delayed to March. I called to cancel the order. I was notified that I couldn't cancel the order because it was custom. I understand if it's custom, but clearly if it is delayed to March you haven't started making it, so there's no harm in cancelling it. This company has the worst customer service in the planet. I ordered a couch on November 4th for which they told me would be delivered in 3-4 weeks. I waited over a month and a half dealing with delay after delay. I was scheduled to be delivered on Dec 31st and I have a NYE party that evening and it was the last possible day to deliver and I get a call on the 30th saying there was a discrepancy with the item with 0 explanation. I ordered an item as a gift on 12/17. It arrived quickly. The item itself was as expected, however the box it was in was completely trashed. This was a gift and it was embarrassing to give something in such a poor condition, even if it was the packaging. You would think that a store with their high prices would not make such a mistake. I purchased an American girl 4pc utensil set advertised for kids. The peeler in the set is very dangerous. My daughter is 10 and had a hard time using it so I gave her my peeler and I used this one. I was peeling potatoes and amputated a part of my finger tip. There is no warning on the product nor does it give an age.
