Customer Service is non existent....numerous phone calls to them to resolve a problem...on hold for long time and when they answer, they disconnect you. Some of the worst CS I have experienced.....they could care less!

Ordered a Holiday gift for my son online Sept. 26th at Pottery Barn Kids. The order had been delayed, but I figured I still had plenty of time before Christmas. Two months after the purchase I was notified that the order had been cancelled due to insufficient inventory. This gives me little to no time to find a replacement item.

I have been trying to order from Pottery Barn Teen and Kids. My order with teen was back ordered for over 4 months and then was pushed out further for another 2 months. No follow up email with me go through the status. I had to be chasing to find where my order was. I cancelled this order and decided to purchase my items from Pottery Barn Kids. Horrible experience with the furniture purchase. Placed an order back in May '17 during a sale. It is now late November and I have not received my items even though some of those are offered on their website. Finally after some communication with customer services they said they cannot fulfill the order even though as they "run out" while they continue to sell those! It appears they just don't want to honor the price advertised in May - could have said that earlier so I would have bought something else. Stay clear.

Williams Sonoma will not honor special offer for free gift as stated on their website. I emailed customer service my receipts which verified that I had met the requirements for the free offer, along with a screenshot of the offer on the website. I did not get a response so I called customer service and forwarded the email to the person I was speaking with. I ended up speaking with *****, who said he was a supervisor. I purchased an item online through Williams Sonoma around in September 30, 2017, a Staub Round Oven 7 quart for 75 dollars. The item was a sales item hence it was backordered according to the email I received. I just checked to see what the process is and appears be to be canceled on their site. They placed a special online for holiday aprons for kids ordered 5 with my grandchildren name on it. Was an error on their part with price wouldn’t honor advertising poor customer service very ignoring phone didn’t care will never order from them or pottery barn again!

WS had a 'one' day sale and I went to their webpage and found Christmas linens that I and my sisters could use, mostly for gifts. I placed the order and received a confirmation.Several days later I received an email from WS cancelling my order,do to an error on the pricing of my Christmas linens......unbelievable. I called customer service and the supervisor said I can call corporate in SF and I did, twice, some lady from an area code in NEVADA called back, must have been an underlink. Horrible support and worrisome operations. Support times are extremely long (avg hold is 35 minutes) and support is combative. I submitted an order for a couch on August 20th that was supposed to ship in 4 weeks. It’s November 3rd and no one at Pottery Barn can verify my order status other than “it’s in progress”. Very unfortunate.
