Beautiful hotel. Exceptional service. Wonderful food.
Arrived at 3:00 for an event and was told there were no rooms ready. Waited in the lobby while our spouses went to change In the fitness room on the six floor for a 5 o’clock event. At almost 6 o’clock I went to the front desk to inquire how much longer it was going to be at which point the clerk said we have a room for you now and gave me both of our room keys but no one ever called as they stated they would. The hotel did not offer any apology nor any further accommodation for the inconvenience. that was very disappointing... read more
