Exceptional staff, room, and food! I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel room as clean as this. Great fitness equipment, too. A plus for those who enjoy shopping but don't want to drive in Atlanta- the Lenox Mall is just across the street. The only drawback I encountered was in checking out of the self-park garage. Had to swipe my electronic key card to open the gate but it wouldn't activate. Had to call the front desk to have them open the gate. Key cards a little tricky at times.
Stayed at the Westin for a conference and really enjoyed the assistance from the hotel staff the Palm restaurant in the meeting room was fine too. Great location lovely hotel no complaints here

They're charging everything from WiFi, parking, and the parking deck is very low as well don't bring your High top van... price is very expensive you see. The room are supper small get a motel out there you will be happier. Got to take 2 elevator trips before you can get in your room. And every corner need your card to get in or out. Do not recommend to anyone we are here last minutes accidentally booked this place they. Also if you check in 3 nights you can't check out early there will be early check out FEE AS WELL. The customer service I received was atrocious! I checked in after a long drive only to be put in a dirty room with the beds not made. The front desk personnel was unaccomodating, slow to offer any solutions, and indifferent. I called the corporate call center, at least that is what I was told, only to receive more ineptness and baseless solutions. My family and I were put in a single room with no roller bed and no up-grade for that first night. I hope to never hVe to stay at this property ever again!!!
