My room key did not work. Got a brand new key. Still did not work. Stuck waiting for security to let me in. The air did not work either I was sweating all night. WiFi was awful.

I checked in the hotel and the staff was most accommodating they took up my bags and whatever I needed they ensured that I received it Markese and Loannda ( I don't think I spelled her name correctly) was wonderful and if I ever come back to Atlanta I hope they're there to service me again.
We had a great experience! Rob, the bellman was amazing, attentive & very friendly. LeAnne at the front desk solved a few issues we had & was very sweet. She also gave us a list of delivery restaurants nearby after one other staff member said there were none available. The breakfast at Club Level was great. My only complaint is all of the USB ports were not working. We will be back, keep up the good work Rob & LeAnne & Rob, you need keep the puppy �
Everything was Awesome! I'll definitely be telling my clients about this hotel.
When we checked in(room3408) we found a bag of weed in the closet. We only had 1 wash towel. That goes to show they don't clean thoroughly in this hotel!! Last day we waited on valet for 20 minutes for our car. Won't be returning!
