I was in town for just 24 hours, and I enjoyed every part of it. Great guest room, clean and updated throughout hotel and excellent service and care from each employee. Ate at The Palm and it was also a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this special hotel.

They need to have the pest control come in and spray. The air wasn't properly working at night which was crazy. Then the fact that you have to pay for parking and wifi is ridiculous. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone nor would I stay there again.

Everyone, all staff, was very pleasant and helpful which for me set the tone for the entire stay. Hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the view from the room was breath taking. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. My son's and I enjoyed our stay!
Such a beautiful place to stay! The beds are comfy, the service is prompt, and guest services representatives are very polite. Oh, and the view of the skyline from my room is breathtaking to say the least. They have treated our group so well during our symposium. I couldn't have asked for a better first experience. Thank you for the memories Westin!!!!
