Dirty sheets from previous occupants and a pair of dirty underwear hanging on the packets of coffee. Insane. Offered nothing to compensate for this filth.

Incredible!! Far exceeded all my expectations. Enjoyed my honeymoon here
We reserved via Priceline, so we got a good deal on the price of the room. It was my wife and I 10th year anniversary. Our room was on the 16 floor with a nice view. The hallway light by the closet didn't work, but everything else was amazing and super clean. The room service breakfast was delicious, but the price for valet parking was horrific $39 a night! But the valet guys got our car quick each time and was very attentive to us (opening doors and helping is in and out). Very polite staff, wouldn't mind staying there agai... read more
