The location is perfect . Stores, restaurants and the mall were all in walking distance. The staff was excellent and rooms were perfect.

Eating at the Plam restaurant, I was having a drink there and felt glass in my mouth, I look at the glass and notice that the glass was broken, I told the GM of the restaurant Andrei Caciula about the incident, and he replied why did you try to eat the glass. After seeing that the GM really didn't care if I had choked on the glass I reached out the hotel manager, April Griffith, I left a message for her to call me back; however, I have yet to hear back from either of the managers.
