I stayed at the hotel in March, left my Fitbit watch in the room, contacted security and they said they didn’t even have record of me having a room there!!! After submitting my receipt and debit statement to the hotel, they said they would submit a claim to their insurance company. I then received a call from security stating they found a Fitbit watch that was purple, I declined to accept that watch because whoever lost that one would probably be calling to see if it was found.
