Called to make an appointment for my Ford Fiesta stating that I would need a loaner. The service advisor made the appointment for a Friday at 11:30am but when I got there I was told they couldn't work on my car, no loaner was available and that the tech who made the appointment was a tech for a day. I was then told I could come back and they would squeeze me in as there was a mechanic strike for 6 weeks. We took my 10 year old Edge in for its 90,000 mi maintenance, and ended up buying my husband his dream truck!
