We have bought two cars within a month of each other and both times of being there everyone was so friendly and tried everything they could to help us out. They were able to get us payments we can afford. Anything we didn’t understand when it came to actually purchasing the vehicle they explained to us. We will definitely be taking our business there in the future.
We stopped into Westfield to look at their Raptors and met Jacob. We left to go to lunch but got Jacob's contact information. We decided to see what other Raptors were out there so we went to another dealership. We decided after being in the other dealership quickly, Jacob and Frank were much more personable and enjoyable to do business. So, we went back and bought the truck. Thanks so much to you all!
We made the mistake of going to another Ford dealer a few days before, taking possession of a 2014 Ford Transit Connect. We found a much better 2015 Ford Transit Connect at Westfield Ford (@ a better price). Our sales Consultant Anthony DeSanto was very honest and understanding. He helped us in trading in the other vehicle with minimal lose while making the paperwork seamless for our newer vehicle (with only 4500 miles).
Today we bought a 2018 Ford Escape . I went in with the Mrs to look at a used version. I never thought in a million years It would be better/ same cost to get a new vs used . When we got in our car to leave the dealership I kept looking in my shinny new back up camera for the cops to arrest us cause we stole this car ! I would highly recommend Chris (sales) and Ryan (financing) for my next car heist . Stellar service . Still in shock !

Great service with trusted and patient staff. I came and test drove so many times, had so many questions! Salesman Anthony S. and Store Manager Sam walked me through every detail and listened to all of my concerns. They put my mind at ease, and put me in a new Ford Escape! I drove to work this morning with a huge smile. I love my new car; and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Westfield Ford. They're really an exceptional group.
After trying to buy a truck from a dealer that was closer to our home, but failing, because they could not get us the model we wanted, we went back to Westfield, were we purchased an excellent used truck 13 years prior. The used truck is finally becoming unreliable for long trips, although it's still a great work truck for my husband.
