Sam our salesman is the best there is- Frank the general manager really took care of us and made us feel special. The whole experience was wonderful- the financial guy went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Horrible Quick Lane Service...there is nothing quick about it, it took over 2 hours & they weren't even busy. Very impersonal and could care less that the truck was ready & we needed to leave. 1 computer was down and instead of asking another person to check us out, he made us wait while he called tech support to fix it. Other people were checking out at the other computers. Finally, had to say something to get him to get someone else to check us out.
As is the norm, my service was quick and well done. I thank Ron and his crew for this professional approach to auto maintenance. Best regards, Don Bohringer

Westfield Ford has great people working there. I am deaf and the people there speak clear English for me to lipread and repeat everything for me to understand. I have brought 3 of 5 Ford cars at Westfield. Russ did a great job getting me a 2018 Escape Titanium. Ron in the service department is great and patient with me. I love that I can trust and have confidence in Westfield that my cars are running safe.

Bought a new Escape SEL. My saleswoman Sydney Largen went out of her way to make the deal work for me. Westfield Ford wants your business and will do what it takes to make the deal. If all their sales force is of the quality of Sydney, I would highly recommend Westfield Ford. Im 53 and have been buying cars since I was 15. One of the best buying experinces.
