Steve at Westfield ford service dept was a kind and helpful. I brought my Ford Explorer in to get serviced, he was very nice and service on my vehicle did not take long. I will say that when I tried to schedule an appointment on-line I never got an email confirmation and my name didn’t appear in their system. But when I called they took me in right away.
Bought my Van in 2007 from Westfield Ford , they maintaned since 2007 . Brakes ,drums ,tires ,and many oil changes . i"ll admit they forget to wash vehicle now and then .My service advisor Jim Werges lets me know about repairs and cost before proceeding . If repairs are lengthy they drive me home and pick me up when vehicle is ready .I will continue going there for service .

Fantastic service pleasant atmosphere from Antonio to techs.
Every time I get an oil change, I request the free car wash. When I get my car back it is dry as a bone and not washed. Then I have to wait for them to do it. the wash leaves a lot to be desired. It's a wash I would never pay for.
