As always, professional and considerate. Pleasant employees. Coupons in the mail were a real plus, since my car ended up having bigger issues than just maintenance. The only issue is they need to straighten out their online appointments, which for whatever reason, go to the Sales Dept, rather than Service. This causes a real problem, since Service has no idea you made an appointment. Just better communication between departments. Otherwise, it's always a good experience.
