I have had three vehicles purchaced from Westfeld and that in itself should be enough said. From the Salespersons to the Finance Manager to the Service Department, I have only been treated with the utmost respect and kindness. No question went unanswered, or response "dumbed down". Just bought my fourth car yesterday always a great experience
Had a recall problem with front seat belts fixed at Westfield Ford. As far as I can tell the work as done satisfactorily. Hard to find people there at times and they can seem to be slow. But overall I cannot complain about the service
Great place to service your car. They don't try to sell u stuff u don't need. Saturday's r busy so expect some wait time.
