Unfortunately just about every auto dealership unless you're buying a Ferrari gets a bad rap because that's the way the consumer has been programmed. Exercise due diligence and make sure you know what you're getting into and it will be an excellent experience! After all buying a car should be fun you're purchasing something that you want! I bought a car here several months back. I realized it was missing the cargo cover. I contacted them, they had me come in and the put a used spotted one from a demo in there that I didn't notice until I got home. I contacted them again. They were supposed to get me a new one. It was a brand new car, I paid for it, I wanted what I paid for. I was told a couple weeks. That was September. Needless to say I still don't have it. They do not keep their word here. The service department is excellent! Their staff always goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction!
I never really give anyone a top rating due to the fact that we are human and no one is perfect. However people it's common sense to think about the deal and then add in your finance rate, add in the extended warranties and any extras you may want. It happened to me once and I quickly learned my lesson. I have been with Westfield since 2004 and my kids have gotten their cars there and are very satisfied. They have always given us great service. Thumbs up for Westfield Ford and the staff.
Financial people are crooks they miss lead you to believe that we have a deal .Let us take the car for a week and then tell us we need to put money down if we still want to keep the car ., After we have sign a contract. Don't buy there .., Victor zavala finance guy and team are crooks and need to be investigated by the BBB.. Buyer be aware at this place..
