I was very happy with the time that was taken to help get a car that was just right for me.
I have never been a take your car to the dealer person until I purchased my car at Westfield. Ron in the service department is excellent.
9/1/16 I want to start this off by informing you that I was told if I took this down they would fix this my issue at Westfield. Now as this review is up you can conclude they didn't. The service folks at Westfield are the best! Just took one of my three Fords in last week and the battery had leaked destroying part of the wiring and since it was a Ford battery under warranty they owned the problem and fixed everything! That's why I own Fords and that's why I keep going back to Westfield!!! Thanks Jim!!!
If I could give them zero stars I would!!!! Brought my vehicle in several times regarding a transmission issue while it was under warranty… Unfortunately the issue would only occur intermittently, and the error code would go away if you turned the vehicle off ... This problem typically happened when you turn the vehicle on and went into reverse first, then when shifting into drive the transmission would slip and the car would not drive properly.
