Overall we had a wonderful experience. It started off rocky, no one offer there services until we were getting ready to leave. Someone did greet us and said he would be right back and never did. As we were walking back towards our car Nick Stepici greeted us and offered us his service. Needless to say his attention to our needs paid off. We purchased a 2018 f-150 pickup truck, and were very satisfied with the rebates and discounts provided. Went in for an oil change. Waiting area is nice. Good service. They went over the general health of the vehicle with me afterwards- brakes, tires, fluid levels, etc.
Service department is great. In and out in a short time. Only do the work you wanted and wash your car.
I have never had a bad experience with the service department alway went out and beyond there service, on 4/10/2018 Steve was on top of any issue I had with my car, took the time to talk to me. Thumbs up to Steve keep up the good work
RecommendedWe have had dealings for several years with Westfield. We bought our fleet from them, and they have done a great job working with us. Several of our friends and relatives have also bought from them. We will continue to deal with westfield. Ledos pizza 🍕
I took my 150 pick up truck in for a leak and the found it was a t in the radiator hose and replaced it and check it out on my warranty. It took only 1 hour while I waited. Mike Smigielski
