RecommendedI brought my car in for a GPS issue. They called me and hour later and found that I had a serious problem under the hood. Westfield Ford was the best buying experience ive ever had and ive had a lot. I picked my new 2018 mustang gt out, drove it and was driving away. Great staff that went to bat for me. I highly recommend them to anyone.
I took my Ford Escape in for an oil change. Customer service is right on the spot. at the time Ronald was my service advisor, help to get me in and out always pleasant. Two days after, my engine light went on, had to tack it back in to be checked. Service advisor Miguel helped right away, there was a problem with a Sensor. Thank You, and all the mechanics.
This is the worst customer service experience ever!! This is the 3rd time my car is in, within the last 2 weeks, for the SAME problem. In addition to that, It’s been in since 6:30am today and we never received a call on the status and now they are closed for the day!

I made an appointment for 8am on a Saturday, 4 callbacks and 7 hours later they told me finally what the problem was and was quoted the cost. I booked an appointment for 8am the following Saturday, got there, was left an hour waiting. I kept asking what the hold up was, getting rebuffed, so I told them we were leaving to make a breakfast engagement.
