My wife and I purchased our new 2019 F150 on Saturday and absolutely loved the customer service Sydney offered us. She was able to answer any questions regarding the truck that we had. Unlike many other Salesmen, she was patient and not pushy at all. We will gladly be back!
Great service dept. Stopped on a Saturday afternoon because we had a free afternoon. Flex desperately needed an oil change..knew it would be a while because of no appointment... really appreciate Trevor's work. kept us up to date on time. took a while but knew it would.. thanks again. Will be back next time.
The service was great. I needed a new tire as my tires had a nail puncture too close to the side wall to patch. The rep. gave me a price for a new tire. I shopped around and found that the price he gave me was fair and competitive. The tire was not in stock so he had my spare put on and I came back the next day and had me tire replaced.
