RecommendedI did not purchase my Edge at Westfield Ford but the Sales person we talked to was Chris. The work was promised in two hours. It only took one and quarter hours. This is my Son's car we brought it in for service for him. Excellent Service, will definitely come back.
I broke down on tollway 294 on Tuesday night. Had the car towed to Westfield and they had the car ready for me the next day at 2:00 pm. They were great from the woman that took care of me Tuesday night. And the service manager that called me Wednesday day Morning at 8:30. Excellent Service.
So glad I bought my Escape at Westfield Ford! From the purchase to the servicing of my vehicle it has been a fantastic experience. I instantly felt safer in my Escape the first time I drove it. The personnel have always been courteous and helpful. Westfield Ford takes care of their customers!
