Based on a very timely response to my call and a visit by Western's Kevin Abbott, we purchased a replacement furnace, air conditioner and two zone damper ducting system for our two story residence. Kevin did a thorough job of investigating the old system, room vents on both floors and crawl space duct work, etc. He was prepared and did a great job in explaining what could be done and making recommendations. Mike was very knowledgeable, professional and personal. He spotted my air conditioner problem before he even got close to the unit. He quickly went back to his truck for the needed part, and had it running in minutes!
